We are committed to providing you with the most positive experience possible. We strive for perfection and hope that you love your entire experience with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we would be happy to work with you to make things right.
If your product arrived damaged, please email email@example.com for support. We must receive notice of the defective product by email with a clear photo showing the damage within 7 days of the delivery. We cannot refund items which have been used or worn.
You have 7 calendar days to return a product from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. We will ask you to provide us with proof of purchase, including your order number and receipt, as well as to fill out our Return & Exchange Form. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin this process.
Your product must be returned in the original packaging and you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for returning the product. Once we receive the product, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Any applicable import duties or brokerage fees are your responsibility. Charitable donations made through your purchase are nonrefundable.
After 7 days of a package being delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Any item sold at a discount, promotion or sale can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
